Our university organized a “welcome” meeting for newly appointed faculty members

A “Welcome” meeting was held with the participation of our Rector Prof. Dr. Nuh Zafer Cantürk, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ömer Faruk Çelik, Secretary General Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Eren and faculty members for the assistant professors appointed since 2022 at our university.

At the meeting in the conference hall of the Faculty of Medicine, Personal Department Head Semra Ayçiçek provided information about the university's management structure, the rights of the department head and teaching services, while Student Affairs Department Head Alparslan Okçu provided information about course registrations, growth, grading system, success calculations, and graduation controls.

At the meeting, where Librarian Nihal Karabulgu made a presentation on behalf of our Library and Documentation Department, information was provided to the participants on issues such as the services offered by our library, the current collection, reference services, electronic resources and audio library services carried out within the scope of the “Barrier-Free University”.

As KOÜ Library, we wish our assistant professors success in their working lives and would like to state that we are planning and carrying out our services in order to be their greatest supporters in their academic lives.
