- Prepare plans and programs to establish the necessary infrastructure for the continuity of research, development, and educational activities at the university.
- Fulfill publication, information, and document requests of faculty members, students, and researchers either in the library building or through interactive platforms.
- Monitor developments in the field of librarianship to facilitate the use of new technologies in the library.
- Prepare publications such as publication catalog, bibliography, thesis catalog, etc., in printed or electronic format.
- Facilitate users' research activities.
- Perform other tasks required by library services.
- Participate in scientific, cultural, and social activities.
- Fulfill other tasks assigned by the institution's management.
Responsibilities
The University Library and Documentation Directorate aims to meet the research, teaching, and education needs in line with the purpose of higher education. It provides all kinds of publications and information sources related to science disciplines and individual development, organizes them according to library rules, and makes them available to faculty members, students, and other library users.
