KOÜ LIBRARY TOOK ITS PLACE IN MARMARAKAF25

The second Marmara Career Fair, which is registered as the largest career fair in Europe and awarded as the ‘Most Effective Regional Career Fair’ by the Presidency, is being held on April 28-29 at the Kocaeli International Congress Center, with the coordination of the Presidency Human Resources Office, hosting Kocaeli University, cooperation of Kocaeli Governorship and Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality and partnership of 14 universities. As Kocaeli University Library and Documentation Department, we are participating in MARMARAKAF25 this year with our Audio Library affiliated with our Barrier-Free Library Unit and our project called “Give Your Voice to Overcome Barriers”. At MARMARAKAF25, we will be vocalizing 2 books for our visitors and visually impaired users to listen to, and we will be offering them to all visually impaired citizens through our audio library. We also aim to raise awareness by providing training on how to vocalize to participants and providing information about the visually impaired. If you would like to contribute to the audio book project “Give Your Voice to Overcome Obstacles”, which was held at the Kocaeli University stand and has already attracted great interest from everyone from 7 to 70, you can visit the Kocaeli University stand during MARMARAKAF25 and support overcoming obstacles with your voice.
