The Consul General of the Republic of Poland in Istanbul, Witold Lesniak, Consul responsible for Economic Cooperation, Piotr Firlus, and the Director of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency in Istanbul, Joanna Snopek Berbercioğlu, visited our headquarters on October 16, 2024. During their visit to the Umuttepe Central Library, they were accompanied by our Branch Manager Neriman AŞKAR, our Reference Unit Supervisor Ayşe BAYRAK DUMAN, and our library staff. We provided our guests with general information about the services and resources of our library, toured our barrier-free library unit and our reading rooms, and thanked them for the courtesy of donating books written about Polish history and the relations between the two countries to our library.
