Various events are organized at our university within the scope of Library Week.

This year, the 60th Library Week was celebrated with various events organized by Kocaeli University Library. Within the scope of these events, Assoc. Prof. Dr. KOÜ Students "Waste Turns into Art" Upcycling Exhibition by Nermin DEMİRKOL and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nermin DEMİRKOL and Res. See. Ceramics workshop "From Bottom Mud to Art" was held with the contributions of Aykut HIZLIOK and KOÜ GSF Ceramics Department Students. Our Rector Prof. Dr. Nuh Zafer CANTÜRK, Head of Library and Documentation Department Bilal Yavuz DEMİRKAYA and Assoc. Dr. After Nermin DEMİRKOL's speech, the presentation of documents continued. Our Rector Prof. Dr. Nuh Zafer CANTÜRK, General Secretary Mustafa EREN, Head of Department Bilal Yavuz DEMİRKAYA, Head of Student Affairs Department Alparslan OKÇU, Branch Manager Neriman AŞKAR, Chief Tarlan KARADEMİR, Reference and Public Relations Unit Manager Librarian Ayşe BAYRAK DUMAN and other managers contributed to the exhibition and workshop. While certificates of appreciation were presented to our teachers and KOÜ GSF Ceramics Department students, our users showed great interest in the event.
