Complete Anatomy Database Launched

The launch of the Complete Anatomy database, a 3D anatomy platform developed for the field of anatomy, took place at 1:30 PM on September 30, 2025, in the Faculty of Medicine Conference Hall, with the participation of Kocaeli University Rector Prof. Dr. Nuh Zafer Cantürk.

"Complete Anatomy," available through a Kocaeli University Library subscription, allows users to examine high-resolution, layered 3D models of the human body.

The database, which provides powerful support for both academic staff's courses and students' individual learning processes, was introduced during the launch. The platform's general features and academic uses were explained, while the learning benefits it offers students were also discussed. The launch, which included live demonstrations and user steps, as well as access methods through library subscriptions, concluded with a Q&A session and participant feedback.
