A Library User Training Meeting was organized by the Library and Documentation Department on October 21, 2025, in the Conference Hall of Kocaeli University Kartepe Equine Vocational School.

Kartepe Equine Vocational School Director Dr. Faculty Member Erdener BALIKÇI, Assistant Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Sencer KARAGÜL, Lecturer Veterinarian Mehmet Ali GÜLCÜ, School Secretary Ayla ÖCAL DERELİ, Kartepe Equine Vocational School students, and Library and Documentation Department Branch Manager Neriman AŞKAR were also present at the meeting.

The training, which was organized to improve the information-seeking behavior of the participants, included Reference Unit Manager Ayşe BAYRAK DUMAN, who provided information about library resources and their use, and talked about the services provided. In the training, participants were informed about methods for searching the library catalog and databases, as well as library membership procedures, work requests, book reservations, and applications for subscribed databases, as well as remote access to e-resources and audio library services provided within the scope of the "Barrier-Free University."
