Dear Academics,

As part of the European Union and Higher Education Council (YÖK) initiatives, our university, along with other institutions, has embarked on the process of establishing an institutional academic open access archive. In this context, all academic works produced at Kocaeli University are now being archived in a new database, DSpace@Kocaeli, in accordance with international open access standards. The success of this process is crucial for enhancing the visibility of our academics' research.

During this process, it is imperative for our academics to first register (sign up) in the system. Since the approval of registrations and necessary collection authorizations may take a few business days, timely application by our academics is essential. Once their registrations are completed, academics will be able to submit "Item Entries" (data submissions) for all types of publications. The approval and publication of data will be carried out by collection editors.
